One of Mine friend filed a income tax return trough middleman amounting to Rs. 165000/- for the Financial year 2009-10, during the year I have five account in different banks.
Notice Date 18/05/2012

what is time provide by IT Department to issue a Order in my favour.

I am also appoint a CA for the same.

20 July 2012 Notice u/s 143(2) can be issued within six months from the end of financial year in which return is filed.
The assessment is to be completed with in two years from the end of year in which the income was first assessable i.e.2 years from 31/03/2011 means upto 31st March, 2013.
