IT Professional is covered u/s 44ADA. Presumes the gross receipts is > Rs.50 lakhs is the reason for the referred notice,

is there any thing wrong in the sign of "greater than" OR "less than"??????
In fact 44ADA can be made use of if professional receipts do NOT exceed 50 lakh.
