SIR, I FILED ITR4 SHOWING LOSS ON F&O AND NOW I RECD NOTICE DT 25/5/2013, SENT BY THEM BY E MAIL THAT I RECD ON 01/06/2013,THEY WANTS REPLY WITH IN 15 DAYS ONLINE IF NOT THEN IS LIABLE TO BE TREATED AS AN INVALIED RETURN.
WHAT WILL BE THE DUE DATE AND IF I AM NOT ABLE TO REPLY ONLINE IN 15 DAYS THEN WHAT I HAVE TO DO, PL REPLY AND ADVICE.

Due date , as per section 139(9), shall be counted from the 'date of such intimation'. If the intimation is e-mailed on 1/06/2013, due date is 15/06/2013.
If not responded with in the due date the return already filed becomes invalid, meaning thereby you have to file a true and correct return again.
