03 December 2013 If a person is served by a notice under sec 133(6) to furnish the details of purchase made with some party but he dont maintain proper books & files the return u/s 44ad in that case what reply he should give against the notice.

03 December 2013 Not maintaining books of account doesn't mean that you don't have to maintain anything.
Even a person who file return u/s 44AD is required to maintain debtor/creditors and cash & bank account thus you need to furnish party account
