If a person is served by a notice under sec 133(6) to furnish the details of purchase made with some party but he dont maintain proper books & files the return u/s 44ad in that case what reply he should give against the notice.

Not maintaining books of account doesn't mean that you don't have to maintain anything.
Even a person who file return u/s 44AD is required to maintain debtor/creditors and cash & bank account thus you need to furnish party account

Sir manual ledger records are maintained shall the same be given in excel format or in any other way?

it would be sufficient if given in excel but before furnishing cross check it with your concerned party also
