Pls clarify is it mandatory to give the Notice of EGM to all the directors as per CA 2013 . If yes before how many days?

03 February 2017 NOTICE OF EGM MUST BE SENT TO ALL THE DIRECTORS & SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY WITHIN 21 CLEAR DAYS RECEIPT OF NOTICE. NOTICE TO EVERY PERSON IS MANDATORY. WILFUL NON - COMPLIANCE MAY LEAD TO PENALTY. HOWEVER, MEETING CAN BE DONE AT SHORTER NOTICE SUBJECT TO 95% APPROVAL GIVEN BY THE SHAREHOLDERS
