any person authorised by the board. or in other words, any representative of the company to whom notice is received in the name of the company at the registered office address provided or mentioned by the sender

it means when we said that "send a notice to company

the company being a artificial person who managed by directors of the company who act on fiduciary position for the company. so, it is their duty to respond to the notice in the name of the company
