I m getting salary Rs 12200/- but no terms of employees in ltd co what to do to take action aganist some employer

07 January 2015 If you are on pay role of the Company and getting salary other than mode of cash. Then it mandatory for the company to comply with ESI and PF compliance. In that case you can ask directly from HR personnel about the same. However if you not getting proper reasoning for the same you write your problem with this link https://mygov.in/.

Further, you can wait for one or two month because to compliance with PF and ESI take time.
