Residential Status: Non-Resident
Occupation: Merchant Navy Officer.
The Salary Income is deposited in an NRE Bank Account in India DIRECTLY by the employer. It is not a remittance from a foreign Bank Account.
Please clarify whether it will be taxable in India.

Income of a non resident from a source in India would be taxable in India. I agree with expert OD Sharma.
