No TDS on VAT related invoice

19 June 2009 I just want to know about the circular or notification for not to deduct the TDS if vendor send the Tax Invoice of inclusiveof VAT. Can anybody help me out on my question ?

19 June 2009 VAT is charged on sale of goods and there is no TDS on sale of goods.
