02 June 2014 It is compulsory to file nil service tax return although if no service is provided during that period.Currently, what is applicable have some confusion in mind whether penal prov. applicable or not ??? Just explain.

03 June 2014 it is not necessary to file nil service tax return. Suchak marketing is clear and sufficient on that.
