02 September 2015 A is registered manufacturer, B is second manufacturer who purchases input from A and process it and export the finished good. B needs invoice without duty from A . in this case what do the manufacturer A will do, or how will he generate the invoice without nil duty and what document A is require to do so and also plz clarify that whether A will need permission from its Division for doing so

02 September 2015 A are unregistered unit and they are supply the goods without payment of duty. No need to permission from excise authority.

When i asked that B Need invoice from A with nill duty , this means that he is registered with excise and issues invoice accordingly,

so pls reply keping in mind that A is registered with excise

03 September 2015 You are manufacturer of export goods can get inputs from A without payment of Central Excise Duty under rule 19(2).
