04 September 2009 Assume that you wnat to know the TDS rates(applicable to residents):

Interest(Sec 194A) : 10%

Transport Contractor : Nil, if PAN furnished.If PAN not furnished, 1% on indivisual or HUF, 2% in other case.

Rent(Sec 194I), Brokerage Commission(194H) : 10%

Advertising Contract : 1% on indivisual or HUF, 2% in other case
