As today is 30th sept. and as per notification new form are to notified wef today.
Pl confirm are these been notified today and can we upload them today itself.

Yes, As per circular no 30/2012 dated 28.09.2012 the non-XBRL Form-23Ac and ACA form will be effective from 30.09.2012.

My query is that are these new forms can be downloaded from mca site. Or we have to wait for them downloading and uploading. thanks
Yes, new form will be available on MCA site you can download and upload the same.
And it has been enabled.
