Sir,
when are the IFRS and Direct tax code would be applicable for PCC are there chance of its applicability in this year i.e 2011

IFRS may be applicable in 2011, because it is mandatory for listed company, whose net worth is above Rs. 500 crores since 01.04.11.
But, i cannot say about direct tax, since it depends on our govt. deceision.
