There is a Pvt Ltd company wants to change its name and objects representing
The new name of the company. My query is
1. PIs give me the objects for MQA for animal husbandry and agriculture
Purpose,

Main objects of Animal Products Company
To carry on the business of dealers in all kinds of meat, cattle, sheep, poultry, game and other live or dead stock, meat salesman, sausages, manufacturer and dealers, graziers, breeders of fish, frogs, cattles, sheep, poultry and other live stock, grocers, dairymen and general provisions merchants, fish mongers, fell mongers, tanners, preserved and potted fish and meat manufacturers, soup makers, freezers and canners of meat, fruits, vegetables and other animal or agriculture produce and dealers in all branches of such respective tenders and businesses.

Main objects of Cultivation and Cattle Farming Company
1. To cultivate any commercial crops like tea, coffee, cinchona, rubber and other forest produce or any other cereals or grains and for that purpose, to purchase, take on lease or otherwise acquire any land or plantations or estates and to work, develop and to maintain the same and render marketable any such produce and to sell dispose of and deal in such produce either in its prepared, manufactured or raw state.
2. To prurchase, breed, raise, produce or otherwise acquire, invest in own hold, use lease, mortagage, pledge, sell, assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of, trade, deal with any and all kinds of animals and agricultural products and purchase, manufacture, produce or otherwise acquire invest in, own, hold, use, lease , mortgage, pledge, sell, assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of, deal in and deal with any and all articles or things manufactured, produced, resulting or derived in whole or in part from animals or agricultural products of any kind, whether to be used as food or in commerce, manufacture, the science, the arts or otherwise.

Main objects of Agriculture and Plantation activity Company
1. To provide the necessary infrastructure to harvest and develop forest resources based, to promote forest resources based Industries, to arrange marketing of timber and other forest resources on the mainland and abroad.
2. To plant, grow, cultivate, produce, and raise plantations of various forest species of proven utility and other agricultural, plantation, horticultural crops, medicinal and aromatic plants and to buy, sell, export, import, process, distribute, or otherwise deal with all kinds of forest crops, natural products agricultural, plantation and horticultural crops, medicinal and aromatic plants.
3. To carru on the business of planters, cultivators, producers, sellers and dealers in timber, processed or not and such other products of every description and to manufacture, dispose of sell and deal in products of natural forest and forest plantations, agricultural, plantation and horticultural crops and medicinal and aromatic plants.
4. To establish, administer, own and run industries for manufacturing forest products, agricultural, plantation and horticultural products, medicinal and aromatic plants.
5. To conduct and contract for training and research connected with the integrated develoment of forest resources of the islands and cultivation as well as processing of agricultural, plantation and horticultural crops, medicinal and aromatic plants.
6. To maintain and improve Wild Life and other natural Resources.

STEPS FOR CHANGE OF NAME SUBJECT TO THE CHANGE OF MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY:
1. Call a Board meeting for proposed change of name subject to change in object clause and filing of Form1A.
2. Call another Board meeting after approval of Form-1A
3. Hold a Board meeting for passing following resolutions:
a. Change of name of the company
b. Alteration of Name Clause of MOA of the Company
c. Alteration of Name clause of AOA
d. Alteration of object clause of by insertion of new main object of MOA
e. Fixing date time place for general meeting for approving the above resolution by shareholders.
f. approval of draft notice of general meeting.
g. Authorisation for filing forms with MCA.
4. Hold a general meeting for passing above resolutions.
5. File Form-23 with MCA with in 30 days from passing of shareholders resolutions.
6. File Form-1B with ROC
7. Get certificate from ROC for change of name and object clause of the company

Yes, you will attache all main object proposed to be insert in MOA.

As the company is not going to operate in existing name ........Media Private Limited, and decided to enter into new area of business with new name ......Developments Realty Private Limited or Perfect SA Realty Private Limited or such other name as may be made available by the Registrar of Companies subject to change in the main object clause of the Company.
