29 December 2012 Dear Sir,

A director of the Company who is first subscriber/Promotor in company, Expired in an accident. Whether his name from MOA can be removed from MOA or not.

It's Urgent.

31 December 2012 The Company has been incorporated and he is a director for 1 year. There after he is expired.
In that case whether we may remove his name from MOA or Not.

No, you can not remove the subscriber page of MOA and AOA, because this page of MOA and AOA can not be change in any condition. The promoter of the company who has made company can not be change till the winding up of the company, because it is part of Incorporation documents.
