tds amount not plus in 26as but the bank issue form 16 as full amount tds

You should go ahead and claim the actual amount of TDS deducted from you while filing Income Tax Return. Irrespective of amount shown in 26AS. Also request your bank to check the return and revise the return in case there is any mistake in the TDS return.
