Can a CA firm share fees with pvt Ltd in which all director is CA . and company is doing work of professional financial services(viz stock audit etc)

according to me it should amount to misconduct...the answer may differ if the said company is a company registered with ICAI as MCS

yes it amounts to miscounduct as per Schedule I of CA regulation act,1949
