my qn. is - in case of a partnership firm, if a minor is partner, is he/she elegible for remuneration from such partnership firm, as a partner,
Pls. discuss the matter from the point of view of both laws, Income Tax Act. 1961 as well as Indian Partnership Act. 1932,
Pls, solve this matter as early as possiable -
