if any existing supplier registered under vat/service tax is having aggregate t.o. of less than Rs. 20 lakh. whether still the supplier need to migrate to gst??

No need to migrate if you dont want to get register in GST Act

Migration is compulsory for all existing registered dealers irrespective of turnover. If you do not migrate then you existing RC may get cancelled as the old system will be abolished.

but sir i also talked at cbec toll free no. they told me that below 20lkh there is voluntry regis.....im confused sir plz clarify on above issue rashmi mam nd abhishek sir

Existing registration cant be cancelled if you do not migrate to GST.
However after 01 July existing law tin no will be of no use.
