Whether we still need to file MGT-14 for approval of Financial Statements & Boards Report by the board? Or is there an amendment not requiring to file MGT-14 for approval of accounts and boards report.

Exemption is granted to Private Companies from filing MGT -14 vide Notification dated 5th June, 2015.
