Method of valuation of shares under yield method

26 November 2013 I want to know that what method should I apply for deciding value of shares in case of Private ltd company which was suffering loss in past years & had not declared dividend.

Also I would like to know that how value of share will get affected on revaluation of assets by company before transfer of shares?

What will be tax rate for calculating capital gain ?

26 November 2013 In case for unquoted shares for income tax purpose it is valued by the method as per Rule 11UA under income tax rules,1962.
