13 July 2012 Whether I can get the membership in CS institute without undergoing 15 months training? IS there any criteria for getting the exemption from undergoing the training of the Institute?

Yes, you can get 15 months training exemptions if you have a practical experience on secretarial matters. I will suggest you to contact nearest institute for the same for availing exemption.
