DEAR SIR,
MY QUESTION IS THAT IF ANY COMAPNY GET MEDICAL POLICY FOR HIS EMPLOYEE & COMPANY MADE HIS PAYMENT IN THIS CASE EMPLOYEE CAN SUBMIT HIS MEDICAL EXPNESES BILL TO COMAPNY AND CAN HE GET BENFIT IN INCOME TAX UNDER 80D HOW MANY???? PLEASE GUIDE US

An employee can get benefit U/s 80D if the premium paid is not claimed by his employer as an expense.

The premium amount is debited to the personal account/Salary A/c of the employee.

In that case it can be said that the employee has paid the premium and can get benefit.
