YES IT HAS HAPPENED DURING THE LAST TIME LOKSABHA ELECTIONS,NOT PREPONED BUT POSTPONED, CHANCES OF POSTPONMENT THIS TIME ALSO ARE BRIGHT, BUT SURELY NOT PREPONEMENT
