As per section 275 maximum no of directorship is 15 Companies, save as otherwise provided under section 276,277 & 278.
For calculating the No. of Directorship, Following directorship shall be exclued: (1) Directorship in Private Company (2) Alternate Director (3) Unlisted Company (4) Section 25 Company.
