Gud evening to all. Supoose my turn over apprnx 7 lakh.I have only 1 heavey truck. My truck hired by a transporte co.Name omx ltd.He deduct my tds .My query only that in which section.Will i fill under sec.44ae.My detai given below gross total=7ooooo truck heavey=1 lic=9ooo tds=6598 plz calculate my liablity plz

Your income shall be 5000*12 = 60000 and your tax liability shall be NIL. You can claim refund of TDS.
