CAN I GET REFUND OF MY FORM 16A FOR THE FY 2010-2011. AND FY. 2011-2012 IN THIS FY 2011-2012 WHEN I WILL FILL RETURN . MY MAIN QUERY IS THIS THAT CAN I GET REFUND OF BOTH FORM 16 ( FY. 2010-2011 AND FY. 2011-12) PLZ CLEAR

You can file return for FY 2010-11 upto 31.03.2013, but penalty of Rs. 5,000 may be levied.
