Report from Chartered Accountant in Form 29B is required only "if income of the company under normal provisions is lower than 18.5 percent of Book Profit". This provision is governed by sec 115JB. In other words company need not to furnished certificate in Form 29B if it does not liable to pay tax accordance with the provision of MAT.
