Dear Expert/s,
We are a battery manufacturing Co. and Registered with Central Excise.Now we want to sold our own product with M.R.P mention on the Packing Box.
Hence I request you to all please tell me the procedure to fix M.R.P

You require to confirm that your item is set out in the list of products under MRP- See the Central Excise Tariff for this.
It will also set out t\what is the abatment from the MRP value. You may reduce that %age and on the balance charge the ED.
The price metnioned on the Box should be the price on which the CED has been paid.
