Can a Public Limited Company ( Listed with the Stock Exchange) provide loan to the employees to acquire/purchase its shares ? Pl. quote the relevant section(s)of the Act(s)/ Listing Agreement, for reference purpose.

Company cannot provide the loan directly for this purpose, However company, can arrange some source of finance.
