16 October 2017 I received LIC Commission Rs. 4 Lacs last year. can I claim 44ADA or 44AD.

16 October 2017 LIC commission is not covered under specified profession so you can't opt for sec 44ADA. And it is also not a business so 44AD can't be opt.

16 October 2017 ok Sir, than can I show its PGBP Income. and can i file ITR-3. I want to claim expenses to gain such commission.
