I want to ask you that Under which section it is mention that proprietorship concern having turnover below Rs. 40 Lacs is not liable for deduct tds

04 February 2010 As per sec.194J a payment by an Individual/HUF whose books of account not required to be audited under sec.44AB(a)(b) in the immediately preceding the year not required to deduct for professional fees & other payment U/s 194J

I think Sec 194C also the same provision is there
