if assessee expired, his son taken legal heir approval for his father.. now how to send audit report for his father. his father not added CA..

Register his son as legal heir in E filing site and his son can add CA.

we got temparary legal heir for him.. we unable to send audit report bcoz we prepared audit report in diseased person.

Audit report may be in the name of deceased person no problem. Register as legal heir in the E filing site your tax auditor will help in this regard.

Audit report need to be prepared on deceased's person. Return to be filed on deceased's PAN. Legal heir to be registered on deceased's PAN.
