I am pursuing articleship since jan 2007 and i would like to know how much leaves can i avail durin my articleship from period jan 2007- dec 2008

hey ur entitled to 136 days of leave in the entire duration of 3yrs. There is no restriction on the amount of leave u may take in the first year all that is needed to be ensured is that the total laeve taken in three years of articleship don't excced 136 days.From jan 2007 to dec 2008 u may avail maximum upto 136 days of leave but that is subject to ur emoloyer if he provides u this much leave in the first year itself.
And moreover if ur leaves exceeds 136 days in three years of articleship u may have to serve excess leave over 136 days as extension of ur articleship period.

Does my exam which is on may, 2009 get affected or gets forwarded to next attempt if i take more than 136 days leave within this period?
