Friends,
If a assessee has delayed in filing Service tax returns, does he have to pay late fees on delayed filing at time to filing returns or wait for notice from dept?
Also, there is a hike in latest Budget in interest on late ST payments wef 1/10/14- is this hike retrospective?

for late fee you can deposit or you wait for notice from the deptt.
