30 July 2010 Yes... you can file your returns even after the due date of 31/07 & claim your refund.

30 July 2010 yes you can file belated return if you not file original return on or before 31st july.

if you file return already then you can file revised return.

31 July 2010 Legally speaking, YES, you can file return even after 31st July.

But for quick & smoother refund process, it is advisable to file upto 31st July.

31 July 2010 Yes you can But If you do not file within due date the only disadvantage you will loose certain portion of interest on the refund amount.

31 July 2010 yes you can file after due date to claim refund but in case of refund after 31st july if you file on 1-2 aug then also your refund will be received exess 2-4 month after normal due date refund... so pls file bf due date.
