can any one explain me the Last date of issuance of Notice u/s 143(2) for the A.Y 2009-10

30 Sep 2010 (Within end of 6 month from the end of FY in which return is furnished)
18 September 2010
No notice shall be served on the assessee after the expiry of six months from the end of the financial year in which the return is furnished. 143(2) Notice.
