if last date to deposit service tax is holiday then whether i can pay service tax on next day. please circular no if any then please mention circular No.

You can deposit service tax even on holidays through net banking.

You have to make payment within due date to avoid payment of late deposit interest. If you pay on next day you will be in default and you will have to pay Interest on late deposit of Service Tax. So either pay earlier or make payment on Sunday. E-payment can be done on Sunday and other holidays.
