12 October 2011 Hi, Kindly provide Source from where i can get the knowledge of Income Tax ,Declaration ,Process after Declaration , Back-end PRocess after declaration and Income TAx Returns requirement and process.

1.Documentation submitted of saving and exemption before IT deduction. (How the cycle goes for process)
2.Tax Deducted and later what is the process to get refund.

My advise is to grab a handbook on income tax, which is easily available in market. Income tax is in itself an Ocean.
It seems you are concerned with your filing of return with IT and income declaration of your company.
Please see chapter on Salary in any IT books, would clarify all of your query regarding savings-documents to be submitted, tax on income, slab rate and refund.
