18 August 2017 MY CLIENT IS IN CANADA AND in india i am provoding the service on his behalf and after that i issue the invoice to my canadian client then in that GST will be only SGST AND CGST WILL BE APLLICABLE . OR ANY THING ELSE ALSO ?

18 August 2017 The invoice by to your Canadian Client is a Supply of Service, assuming you are receiving the payment in convertible FOREX, which is Export of Service. You have a choice to pay IGST or can raise invoices on Zero rate against furnishing bond/LUT.
So far, your invoice on Supply of service to the indigenous customers is concerned, you have to charge CGST+SGST in case of intra state supply and IGST in case of inter state supply

18 August 2017 No, you cannot. You need to charge IGST only
