08 April 2010 Dear Mr. Srinivas Ganesh,

As per Karnataka Value Added Tax Act, of Sec.12, deduction of input tax in respect of Capital Goods shall be allowed,

after the commencement of commercial production,

or
sale of taxable goods

or

sale of any goods out of teritory of India

U need to file one Form 265 with the LVO.
