16 October 2010 If you want to trade in shares and securities you need to have demat account, you can have demat account in any bank

16 October 2010 Demat account like one bank account for particularly trade securities

Investment account - through demat account you investment account can be operated

Convertible debentures are those debenture can be converted as shares

Share are the document for having invested in company as capital and having return as dividend

Debentures are the document for having invested in company as Loans and having return as Interest
