Is is necessary to complete 100hrs of ITT training before giving IPCE test or we can do it later as well?

You can do it after appearing exam also it is necessary to complete before starting of articleship and not before appearing in IPCC Exams.

you can do ITT after IPCC exams but before results. if you are not done ITT before result then your result will not declare.
