then they are again sub divided

1. in class of Shares
2. in Govt. PSU & Others
3. in holding & Subsidiary
4. in Listed & Unlisted
etc.

so there are lot of classification for companies so you have to choose what is related to your topic

27 October 2013 Ok... N has the section no of pvt n public cos etc ... Meanin in which section are these defined?? Same section as in companies act1956??
