Now, All returns are under compulsury online submissions and income of municipality is under exemption of sec. 10(20).
In Form ITR-7, there are not available deduction for section 10(20).
In Form ITR-5, IT requires Name of Partners & sharing ratio thereof.
In which form I have to make audit either 3CB & 3CD or 10BB?
In which form I have to submit ITR.
Now, I am is appointed for Submission of ITR for getting refund of TDS and Income Tax Audit, than what i have to do.
