Hi,
1. If I have income from salary and insurance commission then which ITR form to be used?
&
2. My friend has got a notice from Income Tax regarding non-filing of returns for the last 3 years (AY 08-09 to 10-11). TDS has been educted for those years. However, what can be done in such situation?
Please advice.

1. Need to file ITR-2
2. Reply to the notice with stating the reason for non filing and ask permission to file the return now.
