11 December 2015 An ngo registered on 10/03/2014. Income from member's subscription and member donation on 2013-14 rs.23000.00 & EXPENDITURE rs.21000.00. On 2014-15 rs. 20000.00 expenditure rs. 22000.00. They r not applied for 12a or 80g. Which itr they should filed?
If tax payable?
If audit mandatory in 10b?

12 December 2015 1 No ITR need to be filed still they want to file file ITR 5.
2 No tax payable.
3 Audit mandatory in 10b only on 12a registered NGO.

13 December 2015 Thank you sir. You told audit mandatory in 10b only for 12a registered ngo. I want to know that for the above said ngo audit need? If need , in which form/ format?
For future registration in 12a , itr need in the described ay?

14 December 2015 The Auditor knows the form 10b which is available in the IT site. After 12a registration ITR 7 need to be filed with 10b report if the income exceeds basic exemption limit before claiming section 11 and 12 exemptions.

14 December 2015 Thank you again, sir. I want to know for described assesment year i.e.,2014-15 & 2015-16 if they have not submit itr, then any problem to applied for 12a registration in future?

15 December 2015 You can file belated return for the two assessment years now. Yes it will be a problem in getting 12a registration.
