Can Itr be filed for Ay 13-14 now??What can be the consequences for the same??The person is filing it for obtaining Housing loan??Experts give your view...

Yes Income Tax Return for AY 2013-14 can be filed now subject to maximum penalty of Rs 5000 u/s 271F. Return will be filed as belated return u/s 139 (4).
