hello experts,
plz tell me, the assessee has forget to file the return for AY 2013-14 n tds u/s 192 also deducted. A.O give a notice for not fileing the return.now what should I do since the ITR is time barred.

File manual return with the AO in response to the notice. As TDS has already been deducted not a problem.
